The Niya Experience

• A $20 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward your total service cost.
• All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will incur a $10 late fee, which must be paid before your service can begin.
• If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited. A new appointment must be scheduled.

• If you do not receive your confirmation email containing the address and appointment details, please contact me in advance.
• All wigs and lace units must be dropped off 3–4 days prior to your scheduled appointment.
• I accept cash and card payments only at the time of service. No Cash App payments will be accepted.
• Same-day customizations are not available.
• Wigs not customized by me will be considered a new install, and a $20 customization fee will be added to the service.
• Squeeze-in appointments (outside of regular booking hours) are an additional $40, and are subject to availability.
• If you bring your wig 1 day before instead of the required 3–4 days, a $10 inconvenience fee will apply.
• Maintenance services are only for wigs that remain somewhat attached and with original braids intact. If your wig and braids have been removed, it will be treated as a new install.
• A deep conditioning treatment during your wash is available for an additional $15.
• Please arrive with your hair detangled and ready for washing. If I must detangle or remove any previous braids, there will be a $20 fee.

At StylesByNy, I understand that life happens, but please respect that my time is valuable.

• A 72-hour notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made within the 72-hour window will result in a $50 cancellation fee, which must be paid before rebooking.
• If the cancellation fee is not paid, you will be required to pay a $50 deposit to secure any future appointments.
• Same-day cancellations will require the full service amount to be paid before 
• any new appointment can be booked.
